1.Try before you pay#
The Pro plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access and no credit card required. The Free plan has no time limit. We’d rather you prove the platform fits before any money changes hands.
2.Cancelling#
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; you keep full access until the end of the billing period you’ve paid for, and you will not be charged again.
3.Refunds#
Because you can evaluate the full product free of charge before subscribing, fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
4.Billing errors#
If you believe you were charged in error (a duplicate charge, a charge after cancellation, or a wrong amount), contact support within 14 days of the charge and we will investigate and correct it, including a refund where the charge was our mistake.
5.Statutory rights#
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer-protection law of your country of residence.
